This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1280 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of the services provided by 1280.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any service on the 1280 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1280 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the 1280 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms. 1280 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and users will be notified via their registered email or in-platform notification.
1280 services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached that age and have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws applicable in Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1280 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly notified 1280 that your account has been accessed without authorisation. 1280 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure account security and compliance with anti-money laundering policies. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national ID, utility bill, or other supporting documents.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Users are responsible for using the 1280 platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Using this platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the 1280 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or systems designed to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process
- Taking any action that compromises the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users
- Transferring funds between user accounts for the purpose of money laundering or other illegal activities
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of account balances, and appropriate legal action.

Payments & Transactions
All transactions on the 1280 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the processing timeframe stated on the platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the required verification process before funds are released. 1280 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any withdrawal exceeding the set limit. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions — including the use of stolen credit cards or false payment details — will result in immediate account termination and a report to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
1280 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions, technical delays, or errors in third-party payment systems. Our liability limits are subject to applicable Malaysian law.
1280 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or at the user's own request. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account must submit a request through official support channels. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and there are no pending transactions.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 1280 platform — including interface design, logos, graphics, text, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 1280 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent.
The 1280 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and sports data providers. 1280 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users are advised to read the relevant terms and privacy policies of any third party before using their services.
1280 reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, with the update date clearly indicated. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any disputes.
